Yuni and his team were the most knowledgeable, professional craftsman we have ever worked with. They did brick underpinning with total encapsulation/dehumidifier, built a screened in front porch, an open back porch, new windows, new doors, a cement driveway and painted our house. We are now hoping to hire them again for a bathroom remodel. You will not go wrong if you hire these guys for any project you have, so do yourself a favor and give them a call, they certainly made our dreams a reality. WE BELIEVE THEY ARE THE BEST!!

Yuni was very prompt and courteous in returning my calls and answering my questions. They encapsulated our crawl space, installed a french drain with sump pump, and a dehumidifier. They also sprayed for mold remediation and prevention, and replaced old insulation. They got the job done quickly, our crawl space looks amazing, and we can feel the difference in lower humidity inside the house. Great job! Now I have him coming out to look at scraping our popcorn ceilings and removing old wallpaper, so obviously I would rehire them.

Yuni was very helpful and knowledgeable about sealing our crawl space. He took the time to explain our options, and was very patient while we came to our decision. He didn´t push us and actually made a second visit to answer our questions. He is very friendly and professional. In July 2018, our area experienced record rainfalls and, when the ground became saturated, water began seeping into my wife’s studio. We removed gallons of water from the carpet. We asked Dry Summer Waterproofing to recommend a solution and hired them to implement a French drain on the side from where the leakage was coming. Yuni and his crew performed the work flawlessly and quickly. After the July rain and an August drain installation, Dry Summer’s work was put to the extreme test when the eye of Hurricane Florence passed over our house and dumped about two more feet of rain! I am very happy to announce the studio carpet is as ‘dry as a bone’ afterwards. Well done, Yuni!
